Return Policy

Prior to making a purchase from our store, we advise you to conduct thorough research on the product you wish to buy. If you desire additional information about a product before completing your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our team of friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable Service Representatives are ready to assist you in finding the ideal product.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all products must meet the following criteria:

  1. All Product(s) must be returned within 30 days from the original delivery date.
  2. New product(s) must be in their original, unused, and brand-new condition to receive a complete refund.

Defective Products

Customers are eligible for a replacement of defective products solely during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in compliance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy.

Please note that certain manufacturers may require customers to process warranty claims directly with them.

Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning a defective product, unless the product was received in a non-functioning state. In such cases, return shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.

Missing/Damaged Items

In the event of damaged items or missing items in your purchase, it is crucial to report the issue within 72 hours of delivery. Please be aware that glass products, components, and accessories are not covered by warranty unless they arrived in a damaged condition. Contact us immediately, and we will promptly address the matter.

Return Instructions

To ensure the proper processing of your return, all return packages must be handled by contacting Customer Support. Sending items back to us without prior notification is not our responsibility. We retain the right to refuse or reject any return and may request additional information as a condition for accepting the return.

It is necessary to return all accessories and product component parts along with the unit. If, upon inspection, the returned unit is found to be operating normally, we will need to ship the same unit back at the customer’s expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions outlined in our Return Policy are not fully met.

The buyer must understand and agree to bear all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement for any expedited shipping services chosen during the initial purchase. We strongly recommend insuring your package, as we cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged product(s) during transit. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your return once it reaches our facility.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. However, if the order has already been shipped, you must follow the standard return procedure described above.
